Having grown within an entrepreneurial ecosystem, he possesses an intuitive understanding of how businesses are built, scaled, and sustained over time. At Emperium, he drives the group’s commitment to high-quality development and customer value, leading research and development with a sharp eye on evolving market needs. Noorjahan Saund

Founding Director

With over 20 years of diverse professional experience spanning tech, psychology and creative arts, Noorjahan Saund brings a unique, multidisciplinary perspective to Emperium Group. A trained photographer from the London School of Photography and Raghu Rai Centre, with academic foundations in psychology and technology, she shapes the brand’s marketing vision with depth and authenticity. Her journey from being a techy to academia to entrepreneurship enables her to craft meaningful customer experiences, blending creativity with insight to build a brand that is both emotionally resonant and strategically driven.
