Emperium received the ‘Iconic Project of the Year award at the 2022 ET Real Estate Awards (North). The awards ceremony took place virtually on May 20, 2022. Mr Rajive Kumar, Chairman, Uttar Pradesh RERA, graced the event through his august presence.

Out of these projects, ‘Emperium Happy Homes’ was declared a winner by judges from ET Bureau, who assessed each project based on quality, aesthetics, and functionality.

The project was designed by Emperium’s team of architects, who worked closely with local authorities to ensure they met all safety requirements and standards. It included incorporating green features into the design plans & planting 5950 saplings.
